01 What we collect

• Details you submit in a form: name, email, company, city, run group size, launch timeline, preferred distance.
• Scheduling details when you book a briefing, including the time you pick and the notes you add.
• Membership and account information for chapter members and city captains.
• Order and subscription details when you buy Run Hydrate.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring site.

02 How we use it

• To run your membership, your chapter or your brand partnership.
• To review city license applications and audit territory availability.
• To hold the briefings you schedule and answer what you send us.
• To fulfill Run Hydrate orders and manage subscriptions.
• To improve the site and keep the platform secure.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

03 Athlete telemetry

Our brand services include zero-party telemetry — mileage, shoe replacement cycles and wear-test feedback. Zero-party means you choose to give it: it is collected only from members who opt in, it is never scraped from your devices without consent, and it is shared with brand partners in aggregated, de-identified form. Individual submissions are not attached to your name unless you specifically join a named wear-test program and agree to those terms.

04 Chapters and captains

City captains receive the contact details of members who join their chapter, so they can organize runs and events in that metro. Captains are contractually required to use that information only to operate the chapter, and never to sell it or use it for unrelated marketing. If you leave a chapter, tell us and we’ll remove you from the captain’s roster.

05 Brand partners

When you submit a partnership request, we use it to prepare and hold your briefing. We share aggregated telemetry and audience data with partners; we don’t hand over member contact lists. If a partnership results in a joint program, any additional data sharing is disclosed to you before it starts.

06 Orders and subscriptions

Run Hydrate purchases are processed by a payment provider that handles your card details directly; we never store full card numbers. We keep order history, shipping address and subscription status to deliver your product and manage renewals. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by writing to us.

07 Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete them in your browser; some parts of the site may stop working normally if you do.

08 Services we use

• Calendly, for scheduling briefings, under its own privacy policy.
• Email and CRM providers for application follow-up and the newsletter.
• Payment processing and fulfillment providers for Run Hydrate.
• Hosting, security and analytics providers.

Each receives only what it needs to deliver its service and is required to protect it.

09 When we share data

With the providers above, with your city captain when you join a chapter, and when the law requires it — a valid legal request, or protecting the rights and safety of our users. If CreatorRunning is ever part of a merger or acquisition, member data may transfer with the business, and we’ll tell you before it does.

10 Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your data or close your account.
• Withdraw telemetry consent without losing your membership.
• Opt out of marketing email at any time.
• Object to or restrict processing, and request your data in a portable format.

Rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA may also apply depending on where you live. Write to info@creatormobility.com and we’ll respond within the timeframe the law allows.

11 Retention and security

We keep your information while your account or partnership is active, and afterward only as long as legal, tax or contractual obligations require. We protect it with encryption in transit, access controls and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong unique password and tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.

12 Children and contact

CreatorRunning is built for adults. Chapter participation by minors requires a parent or guardian, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. Privacy questions, data requests and complaints: info@creatormobility.com.
